Our online rent payments are handled though a third party company called PayLease. Through technology and years of experience in the residential and commercial property industry, PayLease has created a one-stop shop for all of your rent payment needs.
Non-Electric Utilities Payments — AMS Billing
Our non-electric utilities provider has recently changed. AMS Billing Services has recently taken over the utility billing services for Briarcliff Apartments. AMS’s goal is to provide you with timely, accurate utility bills.
Electricity Payments — BGE
Our electricity provider is still BGE, and they have several methods of online bill payment. Their website was recently re-designed and features user-friendly navigation and a detailed search function, you’ll be able to quickly find what you’re looking for, including all of your account information.
