Please be prepared to pay the $40 application fee as outlined in the property listing, as well as $100 hold fee*.
In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to:
- Provide a copy of a valid driver's license or state issued ID, Social Security Card or valid Visa
- Provide verifiable proof of income. Examples of proof of income include: 2 most recent pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements etc. Please note that we require that applicants combined gross income meet an income requirement. The income requirement is based on the market rent of the apartment chosen.
- And provide us with three (3) years of residential rental history as well as contact information for your previous landlords.
While married Couples may file a joint application, individual lease holders over the age of 18 must submit separate rental applications for each adult resident. All Briarcliff occupants and/or dependents aged 18 or older who will not be lease holders must submit to a Criminal Background Check for which the fee is $20.
You will be contacted by one of our Leasing Consultants shortly to confirm your application. Apartment selection and move-in date are based on availability and will not be confirmed until entire application process is complete including payment of the $100 hold fee*.
* NOTE: The "$100 hold fee" is applied as a credit toward your first month's rent once your application has been approved and your lease has been fully executed.
