Pick up and delivery per your request, whether a simple pick-up from Kailua-Kona or a harbor pick-up from Hilo. 

 Cost: $35.00 per hour plus mileage (over size fee may apply)

Breakfast Package

Arriving late in the day? Have your first breakfast all ready in the pantry.  Fresh Island fruits and baked goods, organic island grown eggs, 1% milk, or whatever you desire. Try the local flavored coconut or mango yogurt. We will even cut, prepare and plate the mangos and papayas for you. It will be a pleasure to provide an itemized list for your choosing.

 Cost: Standard Package, (2 adults/2children) - $125.00 or, Ala Carte

 Cost: Groceries at cost, plus $35.00 per hour delivery/handling

Fresh Bread

Well, we understand that some of us need our bread. A real piece of bread, and we mean a fresh baguette, crunchy sourdough round rolls, pumpernickel, rye or a nice 8-grain. Our Island staple is rice and it serves us well, but we know that “man loves fresh bread,” and we will deliver!

 Cost: Grocery cost, plus $35.00 per hour delivery charge

Romance Packages:

What place is more romantic than Hawaii?  We are prepared to provide upon your arrival, a Hawaiian floral fantasy that you will never forget. On request, you will be greeted by island Lei Greeters and presented with lei in the Hawaiian tradition. Packages include floral arrangements, and scented candles throughout the living room and master bedroom, rose petal lined bath tub, bed and walkway. Crystal champagne glasses with satin bows, fresh slices of ripe Kamuela strawberries, and a bottle of bubbly in a silver ice bucket with stand, Hawaii bath gels and oils provided in the master bathroom to soothe and relax.

Champagne substitute is available. Fresh squeezed orange juice for Mimosas available upon request.

Malia Package

2 orchid leis, 1 tropical floral arrangement, loose orchid accents throughout the unit, rose petals, in the Master bath and bedroom, 2 scented votive candles, silver beverage set-up with strawberries and “Moet White Star” on ice.

 $195.00, plus tax

Kanani Package

2 orchid lei, 2 medium tropical floral arrangements, loose orchid accents throughout unit. Rose petals in Master bath and bedroom, 4 scented votive candles, 1 standard bath oil display. Silver beverage set-up with strawberries and “Mumms” on ice.

Kolea Package

Your guests will be greeted by 2 traditionally dressed Hawaiian Lei Greeters.  The suite will have 2 large tropical floral displays. The rooms will be accented with loose orchid and Plumerial blossoms, a generous display of scented candles with holders in the Master bath and dinning room, a generous display of bath oil and lotions, rose petals throughout the Master bath and bedroom, and silver champagne set with “Dom Perignon” on ice.

 $475.00, plus tax

Changes, upgrades, and substitutions to the packages are welcome. We hope we can help you and your guests create a truly memorable experience.

Ship Your Golf Clubs (mail shipping, receiving, and delivery)

Ship your golf clubs and have them awaiting your arrival. Going home, they will be waiting at your golf club. Our private mailbox, located in Kamuela HI, is an official UPS, Federal Express, and DHL drop-off and pick-up location.  Shop for your unit, send your purchases, track them, and see them in your unit when you get here. It can’t get easier than that. We will even have your outgoing items packed, and we will ship, and email you your tracking number. Just email our office to inform us of incoming items. Please include your tracking number, and we will receive the item and deliver it to your property.

 Cost: Incoming shipments, $35.00 per hour

 Outgoing shipments, $35.00 per hour, plus delivery & itemized packing materials, & handling fees, as needed.

Carrier payments may be billed to shipping company account number or your credit card.

A $15.00 fee applies to shipments pre-paid by Swiss Residential Services,plus shipping cost for outgoing items.

Fruit Baskets and Island Goodies

Fruit baskets feature wonderful island grown produce including pineapple, papaya, Kau bananas and oranges, and when in season, mangoes. We can include for the chocolate lovers, covered coffee beans or macadamia nuts and famous Kauai cookies as well.

Lei and Lei Greeters

Receive a traditional greeting and the standard welcome of “Aloha” in Pacific Island culture. We will be proud to greet you with the traditional greeting.

Lei Cost: Orchid Lei $20.00

 Fragrant Lei $10.00-$15.00

 Kukui Lei or seed lei $10.00-$15.00

 Candy Lei (free for the keiki with greeter service)

Greeter services provide aloha personnel to greet and welcome your guest professionally. They provide lei, key service, cold towels (Oshibori), cold tropical juice, a tour of the unit, and an island and resort briefing.

Greeter costs: 

Standard greeters provide Lei, Oshibori, jucie, and key service.

Half hour increments at $25.00 ea

Traditional greeters, Kane (male), or Wahine (female) to provid Lei, Oshibori, juice, key service, tour of the unit, island & resort briefing.

Half hour increments at $45.00 ea

Oshibori and cold tropical juice included with an additional per person charge of $7.50 each person.

Floral Arrangements and Floral Services

We specialize in delightful tropical floral displays. We can also deliver flowers and lei for those special occasions or you can have them packaged for travel to the mainland or available for you to welcome your arriving or departing guests. Specialty florals subject to availability. Please call our floral designer for item pricing. Delivery charges may also apply.

Newspaper Delivery

You may be out of reach but you can still stay in touch. Have the New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, or L.A. Times delivered to your residence daily. Two day advance notice requested.
