Briarcliff East Apartments — Cockeysville, MD
Our Baltimore apartment community includes one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes, many with dens. Briarcliff East provides you with superb amenities and features, including full sized washers and dryers in every apartment and the most spacious floor plans in the area.
Perhaps the most significant amenity, our virtually fireproof and soundproof construction, is unrivaled in any apartment community in the vicinity. Each apartment is surrounded by eight inches of concrete and masonry. Although this is the most expensive way to build apartment homes, our masonry construction provides the most durable apartment homes with an emphasis on reducing or eliminating sound transmission from one apartment to another and providing exceptional safety against fire. With our virtually soundproof and fireproof concrete construction, generous square footage, and numerous other amenities, you won't find another Baltimore county apartment that can compare with us. Welcome home… We’ve been expecting you!

Briarcliff East Apartments — Sure Deposit
Just announced! Briarcliff Apartments now offers SureDeposit. This program allows you to purchase a performance bond for a one-time, low-rate payment of $87.50 per $500. For example, to move into a two bedroom apartment you are responsible for a $1,500 Security Deposit, OR a $262.50 performance bond.
SureDeposit means your budget goes farther: a bigger apartment, a membership to a health club, new furniture. There are literally dozens of better things to do with your money than use it for a security deposit. For a full explanation, check out SureDeposit’s FAQ page.
